Outlook 2002 won't open

After over a year of flawless operation, suddenly my
Outlook won't open. When I try to open it, the logo popps
up, then I get the following error message "Cannot start
Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open Outlook Window"

I ran detect and repair to no avail!

Try renaming outcmd.dat (with Outlook closed) should clear the toolbars,
search your hard drive for a file called outcmd.dat and rename it to
outcmd.old then start Outlook (if this doesn't cure your problem then you
can rename the file back to outcmd.dat and regain any customization of the
Toolbars).

Thanks Russ! Anymore ideas as this one didn't work?
Renaimed, rebooted, and on restart attempt got the same
results, same error, and no start.
