Outlook 2002

I have Office XP Pro and everything on my system works
fine, except Outlook 2002. It shuts down regularly,
sometimes it locks the system, and, worse yet, I can't
find a specific thing to look at. I sometimes get a
message that Outlook 2002 has caused a problem with
kernel32.dll but not always.
I have all the maintnance applied (My Outlook 2002 is at
SP 2) and I don't know what to do. I have repaired
Outlook several times but nothing seems to work.

Please, does anybody have any ideas?
