Can anyone shed light on the following error message -
553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry.

I am not sure if this comes from Microsoft, mail server or
ISP. All I know is that I can't fix the problem.

It's coming from your mail server. You probably just need to turn on
authentication to your outgoing server. You can do so on the "Outgoing
Server" tab for your mail account -- to find it, go into Tools | E-mail
Accounts, View or change existing e-mail accounts, choose your account in
the list and click Change, then More Settings.
