Is your PST (Personal Folder) file still where it should be? Normally
they're in the C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder
What email environment are you in, Exchange or POP3? Have you verified your
profile is created in the Mail applet accessible in the Control Panel? What
size is your PST?
