Outlook 2003 ? about addresses

Is there a way to extract the addresses that pop-up when
you sending a new messages? These addresses are not a part
of any contact list, but pop-up when you type a few
characters.

Go to Tools, Options, click on E-mail Options on the
Preferences tab, click on Advanced Email Options and
check "Suggest names while completting To,Ccand Bcc
fields"
