Outlook 2003 access e-mail

Everytimne I send a new msg, I get a pop-up window saying
that a program is trying to access my e-mail account
list, and do I want to let it. I will always answer no,
so does anyone know how to disable this permanently?
Help is not help.

You need to look for a third party program or addin that is trying to use
Outlook data. Some possibilities are...

* WinFax
* ICQ
* Antivirus software
