Outlook 2003 and Large File attachments

I'm having a problem where when emails are sent with large attachments, the
message is sent multiple times.

I've Google and MSKB searched and have found references to this problem but
no resolution.

Can anyone offer some suggestions?

I think I found the solution, set the server time out to 10 minutes.

tried your solution. It seems to work.
