Outlook 2003 and strange problem

From time to time when I open up a e-email message in my
Inbox, the message opens up and then gets minimized. To
read it I have to minimize Outlook and then maximize the
message. Similar thing happens when I reply to a
message. The reply message seems to be hiding behind the
original one. Has anyone had similar problems?
