Outlook 2003 - automatically storing email addresses

Outlook 2003 automatically stores email address of people I've sent emails too.

I would like to know where these addresses are stored and how I can remove them from my system.

Assuming you mean the auto-complete feature, the names are stored in a *.nk2
file under documents and settings\<userid>....

If you just want to clear a name from the auto-complete list, start a new
message and start typing the name/email address. When Outlook suggest the
name, use the arrow keys to highlight the name and then press the delete
key.
