outlook 2003 blank To: field when replying to email

I am experiencing a problem in Outlook 2003 when I reply
to a message the To: field is left off the email although
the receipient does receive it. I've pasted an example
below:

From: MattG
Sent: Friday, February 13, 2004 7:50 AM
Subject: voicemail

Any help would be greatly appreciated, sorry if this
topic has been discussed already.
