Does the behavior change if you disable Cached Exchange mode?

We have to run cache mode as it the users are at remote sites.

Being at a remote site doesn't necessarily require cached exchange mode.

well, it is running in cache mode, any ideas to why it occurs?

And you have yet to say if the behavior changes with Cached Exchange mode
disabled.

Hi Brian.

I have the same Issue. I have tested disabling the Cache Mode and yes, It
works. The problem is those users are at remote sites (International Sites)
and their MailBox are too big to work in an acceptable way without cache mode.

What can we do to solve this situation?

Thanks.

The first thing I'd try is to delete the OST while Cached Exchange mode is
disabled, then turn on Cached Exchange mode and allow the OST to rebuild.
