outlook 2003 calendar with multizone.

[Outlook calendar multizone]

Hello,

Anyone knows a software or how, when setting up a meeting with more then one
time zone, to have outlook calendar to sync. Between them with the right time
(when sending the messages from calendar?).
Please advice.

Outlook does this already. If someone sends me a meeting in Pacific Time
while I'm in CET the time will be converted properly. Make sure that the
mailserver and the clients are configured with the right timezone and DST
settings.
