Outlook 2003 cannot connect to ex change 5.5 server.

Just installed Outlook 2003 on a machine that was running
Outlook 2002 without any issues whatsoever. When I go
and launch the program I get an error that says...
"a system component, RPC, required by Outlook to connect
to the e-mail server is not configured properly." If I
leave this up it comes back and states that my exchange
server is unavailable.

Has anyone had any issues with this. Microsoft does not
offer any assistance with this product until October 1
and I am in a major jam. Haven't been able to find
anything usefull as of yet.
Thanks in advance.

there is a problem with rpc registry keys for some users. Confirm they exist
and if not, add them.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols]
"ncacn_np"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_ip_tcp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncadg_ip_udp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_http"="rpcrt4.dll"
