Outlook 2003 Can't Access Server

Outlook 2003 can't access ISP's mail server on 1 PC. Outlook Express and IE
works fine and Outlook 2003 works from other PCs in my home. I am using
Outlook 2003 (11.8169.8172) SP3 and my OS is WinXP Pro Ver, 2002 SP2.
