Outlook 2003 closed when i click on Minimize

I have the office 2003 Standard, with all Microsoft office
update installed.

When i press the Minimize the outlook is closing.

Please advise.

Doubt it.
Check your systray.

is it closing or going to the tray? click on Outlook's tray icon and see if
Hide when minimized is checked.
