Outlook 2013 Folder Pane After Update

After installing the latest updates to Outlook 2013 today, the Folder
Pane seems to be screwed up. If I set its view to Normal, it's in the
usual place, but it's empty. If I set it to minimized, I have to click
on for it to open with its contents visible.

Anyone else here seeing the same thing? Any way to fix it, so it's
Normal, with its contents visible, as it was before the update?

Googling this showed that others had the same issue. Someone reported
that uninstalling KB2817630 and KB2810009 fixed it, so I tried that.
Unfortunately it didn't help.

Correction: I thought I had uninstalled both of those, but I
apparently didn't. KB2817630 was still there. Removing it fixed the
problem. I'm glad to say the full Folders pane is back.

And one further update: I put back KB2810009, and the problem stayed
fixed. So it was KB2817630 that screwed it up, not KB2810009.
