Outlook 2003 contacts

In Outlook 2003, how do I add all received and sent email addresses
automatically to my Contacts?

Is the Contacts the same as my Address Book?

Thanks,

KW

No one would ever want to add all received addresses automatically.

No current versions of Outlook have the ability to add recipients
automatically to your Contacts Folder. To automatically add the email
address of people you respond to your Contacts Folder requires code:
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm

Outlook has no address book. All Contact data resides in Contacts Folders.
The "Outlook address book" is merely a view of the electronic addresses in
your Contacts Folders.
