Outlook 2003 Crashing alot

I am having the same issues, except that it's immediate
as soon as I launch Outlook 2003 after installin OneNote
and SP1. It is even effecting my Outlook WebAccess, so
that I can't download any attachments.

I hope that this gets addressed really soon!

While in the inbox, outlook will 'encounter an error and
need to shut down'. This happens a few times per day on
all PCs. Restarts Outlook immediately after. Below is
