A user here was recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. He is not having a problem with outlook not reacting what-so-ever to him when he clicks send on a new email with an attachment. If I connect to him via VNC and I click send it works fine. His left-single click works fine and you can see that when he clicks it it's depressing the send button, but yet - nothing. I swapped his mouse anyway just in case, problem remains. I thought maybe it treats attachments differently and wont disappear/give you the spell check box until it had uploaded the file attached to the exchange server, but this isn't the case...no matter how long you wait after clicking send it doesnt go until I connect to him through VNC and click send myself.
This was never a problem on 2000, it just started once upgraded to 2003.
