Outlook 2003 - Duplicate Names and Attachments on Incoming E-mails

To Whom It May Concern:

I am having an issue with my outlook. When I receive e-mail messages,
the message has each name and attachment (if there are any) listed
twice. I have checked with the server people (IMAP server) and it is
apparently an application issue.

Can someone please help?
