OUtlook 2003 fails e-mail with Comcast.net. Error 0x80042108 ???

Outlook 2003 worked fine, until I configured another pc on the network to use
comcast for e-mail. 2nd accout works fine, but primary gets teh same error
on send. "Outlook unbale to connect with your incomeing (POP3)e-mail server.
Mail is sent, but fails on receive. Help please!!!

Did you set authentication on your outgoing server tab?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, dcbofm asked:
