Outlook 2003 From Field

I am using Exchange, but I dont think thats going to matter, I just
want to send an email out looking as though it comes from the CEO of
the company. HOw do I add the From field in outlook 2003, and if I do
that and put in the ceo's email address in that field will that work?

Exchange does matter, you need to have Send As rights which is done on the
security tab in Active Directory Users and Computers in the Properties of
the User Account, to get the From field then from a new email click on the
down arrow next to the Options button.
