Outlook 2003 & Hotmail

I've been using Outlook 2003 successfully for some time. I have jus
bought a new computer, and installed Office 2003 on it. I tried to ad
my hotmail account, however I get this error message:

"Internet mail not registered properly. Please re-install and tr
again. "

I've tried using my pop account too, and this doesn't seem to wor
either. I get a message about unable to connect to pop3 server.

I've tried everything short of reinstalling windows, which I don't wan
to do :(

Any hints, thanks in advance..
