I have an Outlook 2003 on a Windows 2000 sp4 computer that installs custom
form every item that it opens.
Most of my computers (Outlook 2003) when they open an item which they have
not opened before, get a pop up messages stating "installing form on your
machine". from that point forward this form is used when opening these
items. The Outlook 2003 client in question, continuously gets this message.
I cleaned out the Forms cache. This did not help. Any idea what might be
going on?
Exchange 2003 is the server.
