Outlook 2003 Issues...

I installed Outlook 2003 (Office Academic Version) about an hour ago and
have 3 problems:

1. I can not set up Outlook to automatically send/receive when I open the
program. I have "send immediately when connected" option checked in the
mail options.

2. I changed the toolbar layout (including eliminating the Norton toolbar)
when I exit and restart Outlook the changes are not visible. It is the
original layout. I have even deleted the Norton bar and it reappears when I
restart.

The third problem and not yet ready to reveal.

1. You need to set an interval for polling in addition to the send
immediately option. Send and receive every xx minutes forces an automatic
poll on startup.

2. If you upgraded, you might want to create a new mail profile to correct
problems with the upgrade. Control Panel->Mail icon->Add->Profile.
