Outlook 2003 Junk Mail message

I just turned on Outlook, and there is a message saying that there is junk
mail in the junk mail folder and there is not. I have looked up help, but
that doesn't help as it doesn't deal with the program misbehaving. Any ideas
on how to fix this?

Check the folder setting in View>current view> make sure it's set to see all
messages. Not sure what message is telling you there is mail in the folder.
