outlook 2003 keeps asking for network password

The following comes up:
Task 'my email address'Sending reported error (0x800CCC92)
your email server rejected your login. verify your user
name and password in your account properties.
After checking all of this everything is ok, but I cannot
send or receive any mail. Is the solution to change my
password? How did this happen?

Hi,

Are you able to logon to your account using the Web mail. If not, it means
that your password isnot correct. Anyways, it would be better to contact
your ISP and then get things cleared.
