Outlook 2003 keeps asking for Office XP CD

I just purchased the Office 2003 upgrade CD from Compusa. I installed
it on a Dell laptop that had Windows XP on it. Every time i open
Outlook or click on a mail folder it asks me for the Windows XP cd.

I insert the windows xp cd, it seems to find the files it's looking
for then the dialogue box goes away. Or i can hit cancel, and
everything seems to work fine.

Why is this happening.

Please help.
