Outlook 2003 LockUpLockUpLockUp

Since last night Outlook 2003 continues to lock up. I
have checked for the current (as well as all other)
viruses, but there are none. I am out of business right
now. Help, please!

find and rename outcmd.dat and *.srs

both are C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Try deleting the outcmd.dat file and then restarting Outlook.

My Outlook 2003 hangs during the receive process as well.
I now have to check my email with Express.
It usually happens when it gets to 50% to 75%.
