Hi,
I am currently working at a site which uses exchange 2003 SP1 server
side and outlook 98 thorugh to outlook 2003 on the client side (a
rollout is in progress at the moment to bring everyone up to outlook
2003)
At the moment, for SOME clients on outlook 2003, their mailbox shows up
twice (when using folder view), along with public folders showing up
twice.
Initially i thought this was just a corrupt outlook profile, however
re-creation on the same machine, a different machine or even freshly
built machine results in the issue re-occuring after a variable amount
of use (sometimes 15 minutes, other time a couple of hours).
This has only recently started occuring, and no patches for outlook or
exchange have been applied between when it was all fine - and when this
started occuring.
The issue is not stoipping anyone from working, but in causing a number
of helpdesk calls.
If anyone has seen this and hopefully knows a fix, it would be much
appreciated.
