Outlook 2003 - Mailing

I recently installed Outlook 2003 on a new laptop and
copied my file across from my old laptop.

My mails are succesfully transfered across to the outbox
and sent if I create them from New.

If I reply or forward to an existing message - the mails
are transfered to the outbox and do not get sent.

Can anyone help? Grateful in advance.
