Outlook - 2003 - Mouse Right Click Not Workin

Have an odd problem - my mouse right-click functions in the mail item lists
has suddenly stoipped working. This is the one that gives a drop down menu
for individual mail items.

Odd thing is that other right-mouse functionality (e.g. with side panel
menu) still works.

Any ideas how to restore?
