Outlook 2003 - Newsgroups shortcut?

Is there any way to make a shortcut to newsgroups in the Email box, instead
of going to Go?

I'm new to XP.

Which menu bar please? It's already under Go at the top menu bar.

View > Customize > Toolbars > Go
Drag the News item to your Top Level Menu bar if you want to avoid the Go
menu.
