Hi Guys,
I have a client who is trying to forward an email which
is in html format from a home dial-up account using
outlook express to his work account which is using
outlook 2003. He can send emails fine but can't forward
the html email. It appears to send correctly from
outlook express.
I have not found any evidence yet that it has been
blocked by the anti-virus software, so is there anywhere
in ol2003 which would block html emails?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
