Outlook 2003 on Computer 2000 on Palm PC

I have a pocket Pc with outlook 2000 and I just installed Office 2003 on my
computer. Now it doesn't sync. I need my pocket pc. Is there a way to
install the upgrade on my pocket pc from my installation cd? Or is there a
place I can go to upgrade my pocket pc?
