OUTLOOK 2003 + PERMISSION ON MAILBOX

I have allowed other users to have access to 1 user.

I don't mind all the users seeing this users mailbox apart from 1 sub
folder, how can i stop the users having access to this folder?

How have you given them permissions and which permissions did you give them?
If via Outlook, then it is as simple as removing the permissions for that
particular folder. If via Exchange or AD U&C, then you can't since you've
given them Full Access permissions on the mailbox.
