It sounds like that you need to find the Pesonal Folder Files (.pst) from
the old Windows user profile and import it into the current Outlook
Personal Folder File (.pst).
Outlook 2003 stores the information in Personal Folder Files (.pst). In
order to find the old .pst file:
1. Go to Start -> Search.
2. Click on "All files and folders".
3. Now go to Tools -> Folder Options and Select the View tab.
4. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is Selected and then
Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and Click OK.
5. Now on the line labeled "All or part of the file name:" type in *.pst
and Click Search.

After you locate the old .pst file you can Open it in Outlook by going to
File -> Open -> Outlook Data File or by Importing it Outlook.

I hope this information is helpful.
