Outlook 2003 Printing issue

I have a client in where he tries to print from outlook no matter what it is
(appointment, contact, or e-mail) I get a message that says, "Could not
complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid." I
tried uninstalling office, and reinstalling, and still nothing. Tried
uninstalling and reinstalling SP1, and still nothing. Any Idea's?

I also have tried printing to another HP 1300 laserjet and still nothing. I
have been able to print from outlook before as well

In cases where I've seen this behavior, I have been able to "fix" it by
creating a new Outlook user profile (close Outlook; Start - Settings -
Control Panel - Mail - Show Profiles - Add, etc.).
