I have been using Outlook 2003 for about a week with no
issues. Now whenever I go to open Outlook it comes up
for about 2 seconds and then closes down with no error
messages reported. I have tried everything but reloading
with no luck. The only strange thing I notice is that
the icons inside programs->microsoft office look strange
almost like three vertical lines.
