Outlook 2003 Professional is consuming 80 percent of my RAM Memory

Friends...
for some days I have been presenting/displaying problems with my PC. It
happens that OUTLOOK.EXE this consuming the 80 percent of ram memory of my PC
and the difference this consuming IEXPLORE.EXE. Help me...!!!!
