outlook 2003 .pst folders

Hello

I save Inbox and Sent Items folders in Outlook 2003 by Import/Export wizard.
The folders with .pst extension.

I'd like to know when I come to the final step it asks me about Encryption
Setting. I do not encrypt the folders nor give password to it. So am I
right in selecting the No Encryption option. What is Compressible
Encryption compared to High Encryption ? I'd be grateful for the comments.

Exporting is never the correct choice for backing up Outlook Data. Just save
a copy of your PST file.
If you only want to save a portion of your data, then just copy what you
want to save into a new PST file.
Use exporting only to convert to other file formats.
