Outlook 2003-Recover Deleted Items Stores 2 Copies

If you are using Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook 2003
and, for example, delete an item from your Sent Items,
then delete it from your Deleted Items, a copy goes to
both the Sent Items > Recover Deleted Items and the
Deleted Items > Recover Deleted Items. Has anyone seen
an article on this? I haven't been able to find one on
Microsoft's Premier Site or elsewhere.
