Outlook 2003 Rename Master Categories Listing

Mike Forman

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003. Is there anyway I can rename a category I have in my
master list? On my desktop it is spelled one way, on my laptop I have it
spelled a different way and through my palm during a hotsync I now have them
both listed in my desktop.

How can I easily fix?

Thanks,

Mike

you can make the new category in each device.

you can change the category of items that have the wrong category - select
them all, right click and select Category.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
