Outlook 2003 repeatedly sending e-mail

Hi,

We have user that setup Outlook 2003 to send/receiving e-mail using POP3.
The problem is that he occasionally will send 20-30 copies of the same
e-mail(sometimes even more) with different time stamp to us.
The only way we found to fix this issue is for him to reconfig outlook POP3
account.
Our server is running exchange 2003.
Does anyone what is the cause of such problem, as there were a few other
users experiencing the same problem.
