Here is how to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Outlook 2003 with correct Rules and Alerts setup. I can verify that
new incoming specified email get forward to junk folder.
2. Hibernate the computer
3. Resume the computer. Outlook 2003 will show that there is network problem
connecting to server due to network is not available at first around 10
seconds. After that, network connection is restored and Outlook 2003 gets
all the email BUT without running Rules and Alerts to forward them to
correct folder.
This is very annoying to me. I have to manually re-run each Rules to forward
emails. This problem is new in Office Outlook 2003. I don't see it in
Outlook 2000.
Anybody see this problem too?
