Outlook 2003 Rules Problem

I have just installed outlook 2003 and am having problems
setting up rules.

I have 3 rules which filter emails from 3 different
accounts (FH Enquires, FH Support & Orange) to 3
different folders.

Unfortunately, which i save the rules, the 'specified
account' on these 3 rules is automatically changed
to 'Orange'. This means all fh mail ends up back in the
inbox and I get a copy of the orange emails in all 3
folders.

I get the feeling this is a bug in outlook but does
anyone know a way of getting round it?
