Outlook 2003: Searching for e-mails from users

For Steve Betts there are 2 name listings that emails are stored under ( this
is similar for may other contacts I have )

For some reason (done by outlook not me) there are two places where emails
are stored ie- Betts, Steve and 'Betts, Steve' (with quotes)

In some instances outlook puts quote marks around the name and this creates
another name file location in outlook - The pain of this is that when
searching for a email you need to remember or consider that there may be more
than one location for the same person.

I have never had a problem finding anything in Outlook using Advanced Find.
I think the simple Find feature is too limited.

The problem is the user is viewing his e-mails in 'Grouped' mode and so the
for say Steve Betts there are two groups.

Betts, Steve and
'Betts, Steve'
