Outlook 2003 send problems

I work offline, press the send button, email goes to the outbox under 'Date:
none'. When I go online to send the message doesn't send as it has no date.
Work around is to create dummy messages as the 2nd one goes into the outbox
with a date, but it's not very satisfactory.

Is the message listed in your Outbox in italics? If not, open it, switch
from the Outbox to the Inbox, then click Send on the message. Press F9 to do
a manual send/receive.
