Outlook 2003 send/receive causing PowerPoint 2007 to reinstall

Have Outook 2003 (MS Office SBE installation) and full copy of Office
PowerPoint 2007 installed on an XP Home PC. After installing PowerPoint,
each time I send/receive in Outlook, the PowerPoint installer popups to
install missing component - even though all features from CD are installed.

Have to complete the reinstall each time before Outlook finishes it's
send/receive.
