outlook 2003 sent items column displays "none"

Hi..

When I send a mail message to someone (an exchange user) by Outlook
2003 ; message shown as in sent items 'to column' "to : (none)" (with
arrange by to: ) and in message to & cc fields are blank... In addition
mail recipients receiving mail to & cc fields are blank..

How can I solve this problem ; can anybody help me ?
